Best Ever PB & J

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on a plate with a cup of strawberries and a jug of almond milk.

Made with homemade jam, salty peanut butter and freshly sliced fruit, this PB&J is sure to be the best you’ve ever had.

Ingredients

2 slices fresh, grainy bread

2 tbsp Raspberry Orange Vanilla Chia Seed Jam

2 tbsp salted, crunchy peanut butter

1/4 c banana, sliced

1/4 c fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

1. Take both pieces of bread and toast in your toasted until desired crispiness is achieved. 

2. Spread peanut butter over one slice of bread and jam over the other. Scatter the strawberry slices over the piece with the peanut butter and banana slices over the piece with the jam. Press each side of the sandwich together and then cut down the middle. Serve immediately.

Notes

*If you are allergic to peanuts feel free to use a different nut butter or sunflower seed butter.
