Toasted, grainy bread smothered in hummus and sliced avocado and topped with red onion and cilantro. The perfect combination.
2 slices grainy bread, toasted
4 tbsp hummus
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 c red onion, sliced
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1. Once your bread has been toasted, spread 2 tbsp of hummus evenly over each slice. Arrange the avocado slices over the hummus. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the avocado. Top with sliced onion and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
